With over 389 Channel Partner/Dealers worldwide, the network acts as an extension of Honeywell, providing service and support to you, our customers, in the accomplishment of your mission.  The products supported by our Channel Partners span engines, Auxiliary Power Units (APU), airframes and avionics to interior refurbishments.  The network offers services to our customers such as engine maintenance, Aircraft On Ground (AOG) service, Mobile Teams, Technical and Parts support, Troubleshooting and Training.

Some examples of how our Partners contribute to our overall success:

Our Channel Partner Network has been an integral part of our avionics Retrofits, Modifications and Upgrades (RMU) success.  Within the network, Sales Teams are promoting Honeywell’s product to the market as we continually strive to keep your aircraft flying efficiently and safely through innovative products and services. The expertise and support of our Partners helps our customers certify, install and maintain your aircraft, adding value to our service offering and help us continually serve our customers.

The Channel Partner Network has assisted Honeywell during high customer demand related to short-lead time orders for new engines as part of an aircraft conversion program.  Members of the Network stepped up and worked with Honeywell to build up spec engines from available cores, satisfying the immediate requirement and bridging the gap in new production and meeting the customer’s delivery schedule.

Today’s market space demands a service network that is widespread, responsive and competitive. Honeywell’s Channel Partner/Dealer Network is up to the challenge of daily providing complete comprehensive services supporting our business and general aviation aircraft.

Several of our Channel Partners also participate in Honeywell’s Global Customer Committee  (GCC) and our Channel Partner Advisory Board. Honeywell listens to both advisory boards and acts on recommendations that will improve our service and support to our mutual end-customers.  Honeywell will also be launching a mobile app this October with Channel Partner locations mapped enabling easy identification for services wherever you fly in the world.

The Honeywell GCC is an independent group of aerospace professionals that works jointly with Honeywell to bring about improvement in aircraft, equipment, operations and services by seeking input from members on any concerns and issues based on the operator's experience and to represent those issues to Honeywell. The GCC's mission is to prevent problems from occurring through a free flowing exchange of information between members and Honeywell, working through a prioritized Top 25 action list that is consolidated globally.  Along the same line, Honeywell has a “Channel Partner Advisory Board” whose mission is to help Honeywell in supporting operators globally.
