At this week’s Latin American Business Aviation Convention and Exhibition (LABACE) in Sao Paulo, Brazil, Ben Driggs, Honeywell’s new president in Brazil, explains how Honeywell will be an integral part of that growth by providing advanced technologies that will maximize operational efficiency and improve performance in a challenging economic climate. Throughout this expansion, and to better support our customers, Honeywell has established key partnerships with the region’s top dealers, service centers and operators which will provide continuing support.
As we look at our 5-year demand for turbine powered commercial helicopters, Latin America is one of the leaders in fleet replacement. It is among the top of the list for being the world’s third largest regional market, following North America and Europe. Honeywell is very optimistic with the growth potential in the region and looks forward to the successes of both business jets and commercial helicopters.
